Protein Oats Pancakes with Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 2 medium size eggs
  • 1 scoop of whey protein ( flavour of your choice)
  • 100g strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
  • sugar free chocolate sauce & desiccated coconut
  • 5g repeated oil (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1 Soak oats with boiled water and rest for 10min for oats have time to soften.
  • STEP 2 Add 2 eggs, whey protein and cinnamon (optional). Mix all together.
  • STEP 3 Brush some oil on frying pan and start frying pancakes in medium heat for both sides.
  • STEP 4 Plate pancakes add strawberries drizzle with chocolate sauce and desiccated coconut and enjoy!!

Don’t use expensive cooking sprays, they burn fast on the pan and pure waist of money. Buy “Silicone Basting Brush” instead and use it to grease your pan with minimum amount of oil.
