Let it marinate for minimum of 30 minutes.STEP 2 Cook barley in salted water (check cooking instruction on package).STEP 3 While barley is being cooked, chop mushrooms and broccolis into semi thick slices, then add rapeseed oil onto frying pan. Set oil into medium heat add chopped vegetables, garlic, seasoning and chicken then fry for a few minutes until everything is slightly charred . STEP 4 Add 50ml of water, cover with lid and let it simmer until chicken is cooked through and is easy to sperate with a spatula. Don’t forget to mixing it from time to time.STEP 5 When chicken is cooked through and all vegetables are soft add spinach and mix it all together. Let it fry for 2 min until spinach is soft. STEP 6 Place barley on plate add all cooked vegetables with chicken and on the top add table spoon of yoghurt. Enjoy !!!
