Beef Burrito with a Polish Twist

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla trap
  • 100g mince beef (5% fat)
  • 100g sauerkraut
  • 10ml piri piri sauce (Nandos)
  • jalapenos
  • table spoon of tomato paste
  • tacos seasoning mix

Method

  • STEP 1 Fry mince beef on high heat. While meat is frying use spatula to break it into small pieces possible.
  • STEP 2 Dissolve tomato paste with about 50ml of water, add taco seasoning and mix it well.
  • STEP 3 When meat is cooked and all water is evaporated add dissolved tomato paste to the meat and mix it well. Let it cook mixing constantly until almost all water is evaporated.
  • STEP 4 Heat tortilla wrap in microwave for 30 seconds, lay it on the flat surface, spread meet evenly. On top of the meet spread sauerkraut (squeeze excess juices from sauerkraut). Add piri piri sauce and jalapenos.
  • STEP 5 Slightly fold tortilla edges on both sides and roll it in to a burrito. Slice it in half and enjoy.

Don’t use expensive cooking sprays, they burn fast on the pan and pure waist of money. Buy “Silicone Basting Brush” instead and use it to grease your pan with minimum amount of oil.

Before heat up tortilla wrap in the microwave, oven or on the pan, moisture it. It will taste more like freshly made wrap.
