Upon completing the PN Certification, I feel prepared to coach others and that course was has been a real game changer for me. I have now the skills and knowledge to successfully coach nutrition and get results.
After 24 days of intensive training in Bratislava I successfully passed the assessments and become fully certified Krav Maga instructor under KMG (Krav Maga Global). Upon my return to Scotland I was not only invited to teach in Tactical Defence Krava Maga Club but also become a partner in ownership of the club. Since than I’m regularly teach weekly classes in Glasgow and Cumbernauld.
After few years of training Krav Maga I’ve started to feel that I can start share my passion to Krav Maga and benign healthy, active person. Once the opportunity arise to attend Kids Instructor course in Scotland I could not resist. It was first turning point in career as I started to understand that coaching and teaching others is a art of its own.
My fitness story started about 11 years ago, about a year after my daughter was born. I just turn 30 and I’ve I realised how unfit, overweight and tired I was. As a new dad I’ve felt that is not right and I can’t roll like this forever and that something need to change. First, I gave up smoking, shortly after I got my first ever gym membership. I like to say that was it but my enthusiasm was gone after just two months and I was back to old habits again. Since then it was a rollercoaster, I try every diet, meal or training plan out there. If I can only have enought courage to rich out for help earlier it will not take me 10 years to get back in to shape but also it will save me a lots of money.
